About Me
Hi, I'm Maggie and I'm so glad you're here:)
I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, 200hr yoga instructor, kettlebell coach, and pre/postnatal specialist. But perhaps more relevant than any of those qualifications and roles is my personal journey in dealing with pain, comparison, and self-criticism. These experiences have led me to devote my life's work to helping others cultivate mindfulness, selftrust, and balance in their lives.
Whether it's recovering from an injury, learning to move with confidence, or striving for consistency, my approach is designed to meet you exactly where you are -- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I believe movement has the power to heal from the inside out. My goal is to help you discover that connection, between mind, body, and spirit.
